Kentucky Lake Barkley Cabin Lodging rates

During season we have a 3 night minimum for the holidays and two night minimum for the weekends, we will consider one night stays in slow periods for an additional 15%. We encourage extended stays in the Harbor Suite and Harbor Cottage and we can be especially accommodating for extended stays in the Harbor Waterfront Lodge. Ask.

We Serve breakfast in the three rooms that comprise the Harbor House Bed and Breakfast. The Harbor suite, Cottage and Lodge all have fully equipped kitchens and we don’t usually serve breakfast there but you can always inquire. We have daily housekeeping in the B and B but in the Harbor Suite, Cottage and Lodge rooms we supply towels and linens and the guests take care of daily clean up. The Cottage has a washer and dryer and the Waterfront Lodge rooms have access to a laundry room so they are perfect for extended stays. Weekley rates do not apply for the quilt show week and are higher for weeks that include holidays.

Harbor Waterfront Lodge 2 bedroom spaces (max 6 people) are $100. Weekley in season 395.00, one bedroom (max. 4 people) 75.00. Weekley 300.00 All have full kitchens and separate dens. Some also have separate dining rooms.

Specials:

We don’t change the web site every time we come up with a deal. On request we can package a dinner at Patties’ and or a show in Grand Rivers a few minutes down the road.

Off-season, Nov 1 to March 31st we offer 20% discounts for stays of two days, 25% for 3 days or longer. We will also offer a 20% discount for for in-season, midweek stays ( Sun thru Thursday) of three days or longer. Specials are not additive.

Reservation

Taxes are not included and rates may change without notice. Two day minimum stay on weekends and three on holidays. A deposit equal to one half (full amount for one night reservations) is required, balance due on arrival. We accept all major credit cards except Am Ex.

ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING - Smoking is permitted outside but not in the courtyard.

No show Policy

Failure to cancel or reschedule your booking within 24hrs of your arrival will result in the FULL duration of booking being charged no exceptions

CANCELLATION

Cancellations made within 21 days of the first day of your reservation will result IN LOSS OF YOUR FULL RESERVATION UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE SPACES. A 10% SERVICE CHARGE WILL APPLY IN ALL CASES. Our spaces are limited and cancellations are very damaging. You are always welcome to make a gift of your reservation. At our discretion we may provide a gift voucher good for all or part of the cancelled reservation. Cancellation policy only applies to room reservations, wedding deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
